3-Year Comprehensive Warranty

Hale Wellness Inc. warrants that all RL Pro Series devices (RLPRO 1000, 1200, 2000) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective unit at no cost to the customer, provided the device has been used in accordance with the user manual.

What is Covered?

• LED diode failure or significant dimming
• Touchscreen or control interface malfunction
• Internal component failure (fans, drivers, power supply)
• Structural defects in the housing or stand
